In the Italian tradition, Luci Ancora feature a special multi-course tasting menu every evening, where you have the opportunity to try the daily specials in reduced portions. From Antipasto to Secondo Piatto, the menu is as varied as the ingredients available that day. Past items have included Pizzeta with Shrimp and Butternut Squash Puree, Primo Piatto of Spaghetti Bolognese or Papardelle with Mixed Mushrooms and Truffle Oil to Secondo Piatto of fresh Alaskan Dayboat Halibut and Ivory King Salmon. Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free Options are also available in most cases. We strive to bring to your table the freshest ingredients that go into everything served at Luci Ancora and Ristorante Luci.

Cuisine

Luci Ancora is a bit more progressive and interpretive with food than the more traditional Ristorante Luci. With flavors occasionally arriving from the greater Mediterranean - Saffron, Cumin, and Smoked Sea Salt find their way into the culinary delights prepared in the Ancora kitchen. Visit us throughout the year and experience our changing "seasonal-regional" menu. Determined by available products, one can expect southern Italian influences in the Spring and Summer months while the Fall and Winter trend toward Northern flavors.

Ambience

Bright and friendly, guests can choose a cozy seat by the fireplace or table by the picture windows overlooking the scenic campus of St. Catherine University. A meal at Luci Ancora is cause for celebration seven nights (or during open days) a week. We accept and welcome reservations and walk ins.

Catering

For special events the entire restaurant can be booked. The open layout is conducive to special occasions and corporate events with or without featured speakers.
