Please join us for a festive evening of fine Italian cuisine wonderful American wines. Showcasing the wines of the St. Innocent Estate in Salem, Oregon.
We are very fortunate and happy to host Mark Vlossak as our special guest. As current vintner, Mark has arranged for you, a varietal selection of St. Innocent wines including Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and select Pinot Noirs complete with a presentation of each. Alongside these distinctive wines, will be a multicourse meal, prepared with care by veteran chefs Stephan Smith and Jim Kohler. Cost is $85 before tax and gratuity. We want to thank everyone who made it to the wine dinner on October 9. Despite the fact that we had almost 80 people join us, it was our most personal dinner yet. We were so pleased to have our special guests/hosts at the event: Silvio & LIvia Nuzzo and Giuseppe & Giuliana Lupo. We heard some great stories of the Smith Family in Italy, tasted some wonderful food, drank some amazing wine and even heard a song in Irish

Dal Maso Ca'Fischele Gambellara Classico 2008 - Spaghetti Aglio e Olio tossed with roasted red bell peppers, confit and roasted garlic, and grilled squid
Dal Maso Tai Rosso 2008 - Housemade malfatti pasta served with braised bacon, local sweet corn, local San Marzano tomato, and au jus
Mastroberardino Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Rosso 2008 - Braised New Zealand lamb shank and lamb rib chop served with caramelized onion, roasted garlic, and fresh mixed greens
Perticaia Sagrantino di Montefalco 2004 - Ring Mountain Creamery Limoncello Sorbet served on a chocolate pizzelle and garnished with raspberry puree
