We are proud and very fortunate to provide you with seasonal ingredients that come from wonderful local farmers.  Our fresh produce comes from Sandra Jean Herbal Specialties.  Our organic eggs come from Sandra Jean Herbal Specialties and Hope Creamery.  We always try to procure the freshest, wild, line caught fish that come into the Twin Cities from small independent fishermen, and our natural cuts of meat come from family farms.
